Intergrana was founded in 1996. It is a family company managed by a company called Azzali & Dall’Aglio. Their experience in making long-ripened hard cheese covers two generations. INTERGRANA mainly produces freshly grated cheese and cheese shavings of Parmigiano-Reggiano, and grated cheese that is a mix of several different hard cheeses.
