The head office of the Fratelli Pinna companies, which are committed to the production of cheese, is located in the town of Thiesi in northern Sardinia. Cheese production is deeply rooted in the traditions of Sardinia, as the island’s economy has always relied on sheep farming and dairy industry. The company was founded a hundred years ago in the Logudoro region (the name means meadows rich in species) by Giommaria and Francesco Pinna, and it has by now grown into a true industry with its ancient secrets.
